Absolutely rude and abusive FutureShop appliance delivery people.

I've just received the new washer and dryer I purchased from FutureShop and the delivery people were rude and abusive.  I've never had anyone come into my home and yell at me, first and formost; specially not a company I just spent a lot money with!  The items they delivered wouldn't fit down my stairwell because the handrail wasn't removed.  My wife and I were abused for this and told it is because of people like us that THEY ARE LATE WITH OUR DELIVERY.  We did not complain about them being late.  We asked them to leave and take the units back, told them we did not want them and would not put up with their ABUSE!  They stopped insulting us and I asked them to leave.  The calm one of the two told the other to give me a few minutes to remove the handrail so I reconsidered and had it removed within 5 minutes before the abusive one again began to harrass me.  I asked him again to leave and he talked over my voice TELLING me why I was at fault for him being late, that CUSTOMERS like me do not accommodate him and put him behind schedule.  I told him to shut up and wait outside.  If I had not already taken all but 2 screws out of the handrail I would have sent them away at this point.  After the handrail was removed I let him back in, told him to finish the job and leave immediately.  They removed my old appliances but DID NOT install the new units.  I am outraged with this service, these people, and will NEVER shop at FutureShop again!  I will call in the morning to ask for the delivery service that I PAID FOR be refunded.

Yes I've contacted Customer Service as well and have yet to receive a reply from the supervisor....more great service from FutureShop?
