Annoying out of stock after i ordered it last week when it was in stock

i ordered an air conditioner off the futureshop website last week and it was suppost to arrive in 3 to 7 days.
after 3 days i look up he status of the air conditioner and it appears out of stock. How could this be i ordered it when it was in stock.

so i tried calling about 10 times and every time i get to the end of a sequence of recording it would tell me that informataion regarding what im looking for was on the website when i i got number from the website telling me to call cause it would be quicker than email. I was so annoyed with the customer service.

So i called them and pressed random buttons till i got ot talk to someone and apparently the name on the account and the name on the card conflicted and futureshop didnt feel it was somthign imporant enough to email me about. The conflict is fixed now but now the air conditioner is out of stock and im worried im not gonna get it because it was a sale item. Now i ahve to decide wheather to order a different airconditioner or wait to see if this comes back in stock.

for customers who worry about losing there money. futureshop has not taken my money yet.

I would also like to say that altough the constermerservice recording option thing is really bad and annoying. the sales represetatives are very responsive and helpful. This made me a bit less fustrated with futureshop. i would order from them again if i didnt need the item right away and i will never stop buying stuff in store.

If futureshop custermer service are reading this, this would help me out.
This is the air conditioner i ordered: Delonghi Pinguino 9000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner (CT90)
I would like to know if this is comming back in stock

Quick Update:
It says that the item is in stock on my orders list.
However the item is not instock on the site or instores. Does this mean im getting an item someone returned. Someone in the forume said they had the same A/C but they were returnign cause it was missing a hose attachment. hope im not getting that one. 
Also In stock is suppost ot mean will ship in 24 hours, however its been longer than that now.
So is it actully in stock or is it just changed ot make me feel better.

Also as stated in my above message, there isn't much we can offer on the community" Customer Support" wise. Have you tried contacting them ?

Hi, thanks for replying. i have contacted them.
and it says that is it shipping. however i have an email saying that the item is being shipped by canada post.
while on my account information it sais that it is being shiped by purulator.
As a result i cant track my item.
Earlyer i was able to long into the purolator and it said they recieved the item and it was processing. Now the order number does not work.

This is the worst online purchasing experience i have ever had.
(competitor) always makes it easy to track and i always revieve it in the dates i am given. i was given from the 10th to the 14th and its the 16th and i still cant track it.
