We rencently bought 4 pieces of Whirlpool appliances. Until yesterday We have been happy with the feature and deal process.
When we placed the order, we requested to change the dryer's door opening direction. When the dryer arrived, it opened not as what we asked for which was written on the invoice. It was OK, mistake always happened right?
Three technicians came, none of them could change the door opening direction. That was fine.
As even the hook up of dryer was done by myself.
But yesterday we came to store again after your appliance dept. called us to go, and show them the invoice, then told us to call Whirlpool directly. We were unhappy that Futureshop requested us a visit just
to tell us to call "Whirlpool service 800 number" only. We are more unhappy that Future Shop must know
if we request Whirlpool to change the door, we are to be charged at around $100(as advised by Whirlpool). Do not tell me Future Shop does not know what would happen.
We are very dissapointed about the way this case has been dealt finally.
