I bought a Samsung Fridge a few years back

Warranty expire next year

I had the fridge repaired 4 times already

The FutureShop rep said that because the fridge was repaired the 4th time, my fridge does not qualify for a lemon replacement warranty already

Can someone please explain how the Lemon warranty worked

It depends entirely on what the repairs were and whether or not they counted as "major repairs." The No Lemon policy means thst if Future Shop needs to perform a major repair three times, on the fourth time, the product will be replaced with one of similar specifications. Note that it has nothing to do with how much you paid for it.
