I was wondering what type of coffee maker do you have? Is it a Drip Brewer or a Single Cup Brewer like a Tassimo or Keurig? If you could possible reply with the Make and even better the Model number I would be more than happy to see what I can find out for you.
By the sounds of it though I would recommend visiting the store with the machine as it most likily will result in an exchange if you are within the return policy of 30 days, have a manufacturer warrenty we are able to handle (select models and makes only) or if you purchased our Product Service or Replacement Plans.
One thing to also keep in mind too is that you can always give us a call at the store as well as try contacting the manufacturer for troubleshooting.
