I just bought a Samsung Washer and Dryer. The washer wheel seems to be way out of balance and there is scratches on the inside and outside of the doors. I want to return them and get a new set.

If you are within the 30 days of the original purchase, then there is no problem. Unless you are exchanging for another unit, you may not get the delivery charge back. But to refund the original product within 30 days, no problem.
I am curious to know, has the unit been properly leveled, meaning, that the installer actually used a level, or did they just do it by feel? Did the unit arrive with the scratches already present? Have the shipping bolts been removed?
