I see from a different forum thread that it is possible for in store purchases, but is the option available for online purchases, and if so, how do you choose it?
I just ordered a dryer online and the option was not there to recycle my old dryer. However, after your order is processed, future shop sends you an email with your delivery date and in that email there is a link to recycle your old appliance - the link ends up just being an email address where you can request recycling - not sure why they don't just add the option to the checkout process...
