We purchased your WF229ANG Washer and DV229AEG Dryer over the boxing week sale and a great deal. Ath the time we were told that FS didnt have the stacking kit but it was available either from Samasung direct or in the new year from FS or it could be ordered.

We have been searching on line and called several stores and have been told that there is not a stacking kit available for these units.

Can you please answer this as its very disturbing that we would be told this and now we cannot use the appliances. They are still in the box and the FS return policy claims that they are now over the 30 days and theres nothing they can do for us. When l called the store l was told there was nothing they could do and l should call customer support.

Can someone please throw some light on this as this is totaly unacceptable and we will be moving into our new home later in the spring and dont want to be stuck with something that does not fit.

I am in store 625 which is in Ontario, and in the warehouse that we pull stock from which from my understanding covers all of Ontario, and Quebec, and the Maritime Provinces there are 19 of the stacking kit that you are looking for available.

The Future Shop SKU is 10110309

and the Samsung part number is SK-5A

Not that I want to see future shop loose a sale of any value, but if this product cannot be ordered by your Appliance expert at your local Future Shop, talk to the (competitor), (competitor), (competitor), or anyone else that sells major appliances and ask them for a "SK-5A"

Since boxing week there are some products that have not been re-stocked in our warehouse here yet, and if you are asking at a store that pulls from a different warehouse then maybe their stock has not been replenished on this product yet.

In the western provinces it seems to be sold out. There are 150 units on order just for Future Shop stores in BC. The expected availability is February 15th. That means that the Distribution center should have them on the 15th and can ship them within a couple of days after that.

The delay comes directly from Samsung, as even competitors to Future Shop are equally sold out.

Please keep in mind this is an expected time of arrival, not a guaranteed time of availability.
