We're having a problem with our Keurig Single Serve Coffee Maker (KUB70) - Platinum not priming automatically/properly without removing the water reservoir completely and then putting it back on between each brew cycle. Is there a way to fix this ?

Hi,
Sometimes air bubbles can get caught in the hose running through the machine. If you take the reservoir off and put it back on sometimes that can resolve the issue. Also trying to brew just an empty cup can sometimes push the air all the way through. You can also try cleaning the removeable insert that punctures the cup. That should take care of the problem. If not you may have to call keurig in order to get it repaired, they do have a 1 yr. parts and labour warranty.
