If you purchased a Product service plan with the fridge, and are still covered, you can call 1-800-663-2275 to arrange a service call free of charge.
If you did not purchase the Product service plan, you will have a 1 year warranty from Samsung. In this case you can call 1-800-726-7864.
The Samsung fridge will have a 5 year parts warranty on the compressor.
