Hello,

Yesterday (january 4) I purchased a washer/dryer/fridge/dishwasher set

the earliest delivery date is february 16 which is more than 30 days sicne date of purchase.

Is the 30-days limit for returns counted from the date of delivery or purchase?

Also, the returns policy says products msut be returned in original packaging, but for appliacnes, the delivery people remove the packaging before the product is brought into the house, so how do returns work for appliances then?

we bought our appliances dec 27 supposed to deliver jan 7 got phone call confirming delivery. on the 7 they called and said they were not coming and we changed date till the 8th of jan now were sitting here waiting for appliances that were supposed to be here by 6.45. at this point i dont think there coming today either no phone call email to tell us there not coming.

I would call the store you bought them from and ask for either the appliance department or customer service.
