hi i have been down without my washer for almost 2 weeks had repair guy show up on dec 5 he ordered part burnt out digital panel so far its been a blast dealing with future shop i paid for extended warrenty incase this happened i have made number off calls and emails to future shop

no help if it was not for the fact i have 6 children no laundry mat where i live i have to cab it there with bags of laundry on fixed income also wait for washers and pay and pay now im using kids gift money to do laundry cause washer been down so long and everyone at future shop i have contacted is SORRY WE CANT HELP ! wow all the money i put out for washer and warrenty and this is how im treated POOR VERY POOR SERVICE guess i will have a washer after xmas by the looks im so thrilled NOT

i will never buy from them again
