Returning headphones that I opened

I bought a pair of Monster Clarity headphones last week when they were on sale but have found they're ridiculously uncomfortable for me to wear, it's gotten to the point where my ears hurt and I feel nauseous after using them. I still have all the packing, and am within the 30 period, is it possible to return them for another pair? I don't really want to be out $40 for a product that makes me sick.

Headphones are not returnable if the package has been opened.

It's unfortunate that the headphones are uncomfortable. I cannot promise any specific resolution, but my suggestion would be to contact customer service at 1-866-237-8289 to explain your scenario.
