No. That kit is meant to connect a pair of speakers elsewher in your home and ampilfy them. You need to connect your sub via a RCA cable to the sub out/LFE out on your home theatre reciever.
If by chance, you have a HTiB, (home theatre in a box), and you are replacing a passive sub (simply a speaker with two speaker wires for connectors), then you're outta luck. Pitch the whole set and buy something decent, or try to get the same "sub" directly from the manufacturer.

It won't work, however if you upgrade to the Dynamo 700W it comes with a wireless transmitter. If you are still within your exchange period visit your local shop to do the exchange.
Its a bit more money.... but your getting a much better sub. Dynamo 700w will give you deeper, more accurate bass response, and a wireless transmitter in the box.
