You would have to program the Rogers remote, but I'm not very confident that it will have the codes for the sound bar. There should be instructions on the back of the remote, or call Rogers, on how to scan for codes.
Keep in mind that the sound bar is not actual surround sound, but can simulate surround by reflecting sound off of the side and back walls, if you have them. True surround sound is only available by physically surrounding yourself with speakers. The sound bar will definitely sound better than your TV speakers though.
