There could be thousands of different reasons why your speakers do not work.  I would suggest you call the manufacturer and they will let you know where is the nearest certified technician so he can have a look at it.

I would suggest before... Going down that road... Maybe we could try and analyze the setup? Also what type of output is enabled on your receiver?

 

Could you give us some details of how your setup, also what components you have ( Receiver - Video Source )

What happens if you swap the front speakers for the back? What happens if you swap the left and right?

Through a process of elimination, you can identify if it's a speaker, connection, wire, balance setting or configuration.

Hopefully this can be resolved without the hassle of bringing the setup back to the store.

maybe because the source is stereo (2 or 2.1) and not dolby digital etc. (5.1)?
