I recently bought a drone and have not flown it due to the Remote Control is faulty. It will not charge. Best Buy sold us a dead on arrival item! There is no refund or returns on open drones. How would one know it didn't work without opening it? Now what? We phoned DJI and they said to deal with BestBuy as Bestbuy does not buy directly from DJI!
