ATTENTION !!! NEVER BUY THE SERVICE PLAN !

 I was there on Nov 14th to pick up my Canon 50D camera which sent to be cleaned, but got a deep scratch on the back instead. And it looks a dirty second hand camera ! When I sent it there it only has some dust in the lens, looks brand new.

 

It's the Ottawa marrivale store. The manager never answer emails after his promises. The customer service only ask many details then never heard them back.


As I required to replace me a same new camera immediately since it is nearly a new one. They said  can not do it unit send it to a damage access which they told me will take 5-7 business days.

 

And I was trying to be nice and patient await for the solution.  But it's been a month, never heard anything about my camera.

 

it is the sales convinced me to buy the service plan and said it can grantee the use of this $2000 camera. And then I send it to cleaning but got a deep scratch instead. And now your need your dear customer to burden the inconveniences caused by your certain careless staff ?

 

What kind of business it is !
