Wow, thanks a bunch Laura!

In our organization, it takes at least a couple months to get the authorization, then change even a single line of code, test and re-deploy a web-based application.  And I'm not exaggerating. If you haven't taken out your web developers and their manager out for free beer yet, you better do this ASAP, and don't anyone of them get away.  Unless of course you want to provide me their contact information so that we can hire them instead :smileywink:

Let me warn you all now that the mentioned instructions essentially tell you how to hotlink to an image, ie the image loads from the same web server you got it from. This can be a problem if it's a company's server because they're paying for bandwidth even though nobody's actually looking at their website.

However bad this may seem you're almost certainly fine posting your own images online like that. Flickr, Imageshack, Photobucket, etc all allow hotlinking. (That's what Imageshack and the like are for)

Keep that in mind, some smaller websites may not be able to afford the cost.

I use Firefox too, and I'm a little surpised these message boards don't support a Javascript WYSIWYG version as the IE version does.
