I need an 8mm tape head cleaner the wet type have an rca 8mm video camera that appears to record ok but playback is snowy almost not visible

For something that old.... I recommend you bring it in for cleaning and service check.

DIY wet cleaners have a tendancy to gum up your heads.  As 8mm are rare, you don't want to take the chance of making a problem worse.
