I have a PEP through Future Shop. I got one when I set up a Rogers Accnt. Since then, I have left Rogers, unlocked my cell phone, and went to Bell. My speaker does not work.on.ky phone. Am I able to exchange my phone to get a new one, even though I'm not with Rogers anymore?
As long as the damage is covered under the PEP you should have no issues, the only thing that might be a problem is since you originally bought it as a Rogers phone it would likely get replaced with another Rogers phone which you would have to then get unlocked again. You may be better off going into the store or giving them a call to find out for sure
