Re: Cell phone / Smart Phone Warranty

The rules of the product exchange plan are as follows.

What isn't covered

- Water, Physical or Software related issues.

What is

- Accessories

- Battery

- Screen (non physical)

- Buttons, Ports and inputs.

The best way to understand the exchange plan is that since we offer unlimited exchanges on defective units, we must insure that we are doing exchanges for the right reasons.

With full hardware upgrade eligibility offered at 2 1/2 years of service, this is a great way to ensure you have a working unit at all times.

If approved exchanges are done same day and content is transferred for the customers benefit.

the purpose of the program is to offer the best solution for a defective unit, a brand new one.

Re: Cell phone / Smart Phone Warranty

Remember that the PEP is a warranty, not insurance. It covers manufacturer defects that become evident through normal wear and tear of the device. Obviously, in order to ascertain the issue with a phone, that issue needs to present itself when examined by an associate. Sometimes that doesn't happen, and people get upset when their phone is not replaced with a new one. It is not something that can be taken by a consumer's word.
