Earlier i complained about my best buy card with two unauthorized transactions. I was trying to follow up but they cant find my profile or my name. I am still paying thru desjardins every month and still no feedback. Mr. John joyal of best buy told me that definitely they will reimburse me but til now i havent heard from any of them. Im so furious right now because im still paying something that i didnt buy! Can someone look through this matter? If it can happen to me then it can happen to anyone.
