HTC Sensation battery dying in few hours

[ Edited ]

Yesterday when i met with the Cell Shop agent at South Common store i was told that that the reason for my HTC Sensation battery dying in few hours (less than 6) is it is a Android smartphones and there are many programs/functions running even when the phone is switched off. The agent was confient that phone battery is not defective. By resetting to factory settings he thinks that phone should be okay. Though while doing so the phone used its TWO bars of the battery out of FOUR bars. But even that was not convincing enough for him to think that there may be some issue with battery. He was saying that this happens only in Android smartphones.

Though when i cam back home and called the warranty phone line of Future Shop he advised me to vsit another store and that agent on phone was confient that the other store Cell Shop agent will surely try replacing the battery because i am paying almost $14.00 for not getting my phone reset and keeping putting my numbers back on.

May be time for Future Shop to have professional customer service training especially to SOUTH COMMON Cell Shop agents.
