I purchased my blackberry torch 9860 from future shop less that 4 months ago. One of the buttons is broke on the phone. Who do i see about getting this replaced or repaired? Do i take it back where i bought it or i i try contacting RIM?
Thanks for the concern shown in subject matter. Now if you have futureshop product exchange plan (PEP) then its covered otherwise you will have to see manufacture ie RIM.
I would request to carry your phone to futureshop (ANY) if you have our service, so that they can look at it and will comment accordingly.
