My Blackberry Torch 9800 keeps freezing and is extremely slow and sometimes will not recognize i am pushing the lock/unlock button. Also as of recently it has shown the home screen but with no icons. hope you can help :smileyhappy: Oh i have the PEP plan and Telus

What happens if you remove the battery and reinsert it? Do you have the lastest software updates?
