Hi there,
I've recently been experiencing quite a few problems with my phone. I have PEP on it. At the same time I am currently signed with a carrier I no longer wish to continue service with. Would it be possible to exchange my phone for the same/similar phone on another carrier? That way I can just call them up and have them start my account and activate their SIM in the phone.
Thanks!

Hi Maverick!
Short answer: Yes! You'd still have to go through the PEP exchange process but instead of taking the same phone just let them know you'd want to pick up another phone with a different carrier. The only thing I can see happening is if you do pick up a phone that's a little more expensive than your current one then you might have to pay the difference. Aside from that, as long as there's something wrong with your phone (and no physical/water damage) you should be able to exchange it no problem!

Hi,
But don't you have to pay 400 dollars if you want to cancel your service before it ends with a particular carrier?
