I have a hypothetical question, if I have a PEP, crack my screen then continue to use my device and another non screen related failure occurs. Would my PEP be honored?
Especially if the screen is non-related to failure that I'm complaining about.
I had a Telus Motorola Milestone I used for 2 years with a screen crack (minor), finally my wifi failed on it and I'm looking at a new phone. I didn't even think about the screen crack near the end there since the device was functional, would a PEP help in this situation?

So far I've gotten conflicting answers, I've heard that from a "customer service" stand point, some action could be taken. Whatever that means..
But I've also heard that it would invalidate a PEP regardless of any future claim. I'm thinking of buying a Galaxy S2X from Telus and I really want to make a decision soon. Can a PEP be cancelled 1/2 way through so you aren't stuck with the plan if such a situation plays out?

If your phone screen is cracked, you wont be able to get an exchange.
