Problematic IPhone With Warranty

I bought my IPhone @ the Future Shop in Coquitlam Mall and every month 14$ is taken off my credit card for the extra insurance I got should anything happen to the phone.

From the title of this post you've probably dedused there is something wrong with my phone. Said problem is with the power button. If you click the power button of a new phone then try mine its easy to see the button on my phone is stiff and sometimes it gets stuck completely and wont move. My dad works for Mac and he said there is something wrong with it and to take it in. I've now gone into that Coquitlam Mall Future Shop 4 times to have my phone fixed and have yet to have anyone fix it... they wont even keep it to try and fix it. They say there's nothing wrong and send me on my way.

I'm just really disappointed and frustrated with the cell phone reps @ that Future Shop in Coquitlam Mall. All I'm asking is for someone to fix it. That’s what I'm paying all that money for, no?

What should I do?

Thanks for taking the time,

Stephanie.

Re: Problematic IPhone With Warranty

Were the reps able to produce the problem themselves when handling the phone? One of the conditions of the PEP is that the rep you talk to has to be able to see the problem themselves to verify that there is, in fact, a problem.

I Fix phones its my passion you might need a Home Botton at around 3.85$ quick 5min fix  Remove the two philips scews Double 00 of course

Place 3inch tape across the screen then use a suction cup just above the Home Botton of the screen then lift gently and slow  as the lcd and components going to lift at once   but just enough to tell you remove the 3rd and 2nd plug then the 1st at the top  lift the tab to remove

then safely detach to Home botton and then replace and put everything together

They have many youtube videos to help the walkthrough
