So I recently saw the price of the HTC Evo 3D go down to $49.99 this week, and I purchased the same product for $99.99 two weeks ago. How long do I have to show the recipt to the original location to get the diffrence and do I get in it in original payment or gift card? Because I paid in cash.

For cell phones, the return policy is 14 days. That is also the time frame you have to do a price match. If you bought it earlier than 12 August, you are out of luck, unfortunately.

Okay, so I have got it on August 12. So, I only have until 9 PM today to get refunded the diffrence at the original location where I got the phone activated.

I also still have my recipt and activation documents just in case.

Yes, you would have to do it today. After the stores close today, you would be out of luck and stuck with the extra price you paid. Just walk in, show the flyer with your receipt and you should get the price corrected.

As I understand, you get the money back in the format you paid with. Since you paid cash, you should get cash back.
