The reason of my message is that I would like to buy a Bluetooth-enable landline phone, wireless by preference but it is not an absolute necessity. I have just bought a wireless talk bluetooth headset with a charging dock, a Centrios.

Finding bluetooth capable landline phones is not as easy a task as you might think.  However, VTech has one that is available at Future Shop.  Try checking out this phone:

In December, I tried this phone out in my store with hopes of pairing it with a bluetooth headset for a couple of reasons. We wanted to be able to answer calls by our customers on the go via a bluetooth headset, and test out some bluetooth headsets sound quality in loud, busy environment...

WELL, we did not manage to pair this phone with a headset to do this, I dont believe  it is a feature ..unless we did something wrong. As far as we concluded the phone can transfer cell phone calls to the cordless phone handset.. this would benefit somone in a home office having the convienance of answering one phone...
