Pulse is a wonderful RSS reader, good on a phone and even better on a tablet. Also, not really an app, but swype is hands down my favorite keyboard.

- My Coffee Card - Stackbucks prepaid card app; allows paying at Starbucks using your phone

- Key Ring - store your loyalty card/keytags virtually on the phone

- IMO - instand message for many platforms (eg. MSN/Live, AIM/ICQ, Yahoo, and more)

- Zite (Touchpad) - select your topics and it'll piece together articles from the web in a virtual magazine format

- Tunein Radio - streaming radio app

- XE - keeping tabs on the latest currency exchange rates

- Paper Camera - create "crayon"/"etch-a-sketch"-style photos from the phone's camera
