I've had my blackberry for about 3 months now and noticed a slight screen problem. The bottom right corner of the screen seems to be lifted or out of place. the phone has never been dropped and no physical damage what so ever other than the light scratches. I purchased my device at FS without the extended warranty but considering It would be fine without it. What are my options?
THANKS

What BlackBerry model is it? Your best bet would be to take the phone in store and show it to an associate. They can then let you know what your options are and they may be able to facilitate an exchange for you.

Without the extended warranty purchased there is not much that can be done in a Futureshop store. Depending on what carrier you are on you have to facilitate either an exchange or repair of the device over the phone, or in a carrier's corporate store.
For example, Rogers customers can call their data tech line and have a replacement sent to them for free as long as the defective phone is sent back to Rogers. Bell/Telus customers usually have to take the phone to a corporate store located usually in a mall for a speedy repair.
