"Service Center" broke my new iPhone4 home button...

Took both mine and my wife's iPhone 4's in a few days ago to have them put 2 InvisiShields I purchased there on the phones. Few days later and now my home button sticks for 5-10 seconds every time I press it... I hear the click when I press it, take my finger away and then after about 5-10 seconds the button pops back out with another click.
Here is the kicker, the "service center" is saying it's not their fault... That it could be from "anything" and certainly isn't liquid damage from them installing the shield. Liquid damage, the one thing that also just happens to not be covered under warranty with Telus/Apple. Cause, ya know, I clean it 3 times a day but it MUST have been MY fault.... >.>
So here I am, spent $50 at Futureshop for screen protectors and install, and all I got was a broken $1000 phone!! Hooray! Oh, and to show how bad this is, I had to stand in line for 2 days in my remote area to get my hands on a 32GB model and chances are I wouldn't see a replacement come through here in the next 6 months.
