I currently have ATI Radeon HD 4200, and this game i want to play asks for ATI Radeon X1800 or better.
Is my video card better? If not im probably going to buy a new one.

The Radeon HD4200 is an integrated card and does fall behind the X1800, if you're playing games on your PC and you have a desktop computer your best option is to buy a dedicated card.
When considering purchasing a dedicated card for your desktop you'll need to also make sure the powersupply in your computer tower can handle the upgrade. *Measured in Watts*

Hi There,
It seems that the X1800 is gnerally a "better" card - the best thing to do is likely to get the X1800 or higher, as recommended by the game manufacturer.
Not sure if this is the exact product you're looking for, but we carry the following card:
Create innovative designs with the NVIDIA Quadro FX 1800 professional graphics solution architected for leading-edge manufacturing and design companies. Carefully engineered to offer maximum performance at an extremely reasonable cost, Quadro FX 1800 provides a balanced price and performance combination.
Hope this helps!

Hi There,
Just received a reply from AMD - please see below:
- If you have a laptop with ATI Radeon 4200 and these specs AND if the game you want to play is requesting better than ATI Radeon X1800 which has these specs then you have a better video card with the HD4200.
Thanks!
