What happens when your order no longer exsists??

I placed an order on Tuesday and quickly received an email with order number etc, also telling me I'd be receiving an email when my order was shipped. Received second email 2 days later and was able to track my order. For two days my order was at the same place. I decided to check on the third day(today Sat) and to my surprised I found out my order no longer exsists. I can no longer get a tracking number whatsoever. I attemped several times and each time it tells me it can't recognize my order number, try reormatting. I called the 1-800-663-2275 and you only get the automated service telling me to check my account but my account is telling me my order doesn't exsist, but it's been charged to my account on Thurs yet I've never received anything.

I'd like to know where is my order???
