Hey, for a while i have been searching for a good quality but within the 30$ price range. I found a couple such as the netgear wireless router (wnr1000-200pas) and the D-link DIR-601 wireless N router. But i checked out the comments and reviews and they werent the best. Could you guys help me decide which one to get? Thanks.

All I can really say is that if you want teh best, you're going to have to be willing to pony up some more cash. You won't find a good quality router at that low of a price point these days.

But out of the two that i named which one would be better. Because im just gunna use it for my ipod touch.
