I installed the drivers i got with the card but the when i run the catalyst program it gives me a error that the monitering program wil not start, it is a Diamond Multimedia Card ATI Radeon HD4670, any help appreciated

I uninstalled all software diamond and ATI and installed the katest drivers from the website and still get that error
