Purchased a Cyberpower PC through futureshop online several months ago, now I'm having serious hardware issues necessitating serious work to be carried out. As bad as that is, I go into my local FS to see what they can provide and not only will they not service Cyberpower brand computers but they 're telling me it's my responsbility to deal with Cyberpower directly and ship it out. I spend well over a grand on a computer and FS refuses to even look at it. I realize contracts probably exist which do not allow them to service them, fine. But first and foremost, buyers should be made aware of this before pruchase. Why the hell am I going to give FS my business when they provide me nothing? Secondly, the least they should do is facilitate the shipping of the product. I now have to box up and ship a large item all the way to California on my own dime to a company which I've since learned is terrible for customer service. 

TL_DR, ridiculous behavior from FS and cyberpower, (competitor) is getting all my business in the future.

So when should I expect to be contacted, becauase I have yet to see anything.

You sell a product you don't support, then ignore the customer once you have the money leaving them high and dry with a manufacturer who will not even respond to emails.

I was contacted and am currently dealing with a very helpful rep, I'll update this thread if and when the matter is resolved.

I was contacted by a rep who was extremely helpful. I won't get into specifics about what they're doing for me, but they've since made up for a bad product beyond what I had expected of them. 

I will still never give cyberpower my money nor would I recommend someone else give them theirs, the complete opposite in fact. Futureshop however retained a customer. Thanks!
