I placed an order for a laptop on Sunday, July 15th. According to store in Thunder Bay, there were 4 in stock. Still no email to say what status is. Why??? At this point, ready to cancel order

Did you do in store pick up or shipping? For shipping they come from warehouses and not the store. Also its only been 4 days, you just need to be patient.
If you are in a hurry you could try contacting customer support and see if they know anything
