Problem with PSP on Laptop order?

I ordered a laptop yesterday and got a Product Service Plan.
I check my order status and it says its still processing and that your credit card is charged only when they ship your product. My card was charged just for my laptop and hasnt shipped yet but my PSP wasnt charged for yet and does this ship with my laptop? If so does that mean my laptop won't ship until my PSP gets charged for?
P.S. Does the is the PSP a bunch of documents that goes into the same box as my laptop?

I'm not to sure what happened there.
The best thing to do is to contact our customer service department via email at service@futureshop.com or by phone 1-800-663-2275 so that we may address your concerns.
