Here is my story. I have purchased it at Future Shop at the South Keys location because my old printer broke and I needed a reliable one. The purchase date was November 18, 2011 and the price was $149.99 before taxes and the enviromental handling fee. The payment was made with my Visa credit card.

Now, I have seen the price reduced for the same printer and here are my biggest questions to make sure I don't get in trouble for fraud.

1. Can I show them the price where the printer is located in the computers section or can I just print out the price of the printer online at the lower price?
2. I also heard there is an extended return and exchange period along with price matching. When is the last day I can get the price match and have the lower price honured?

So far, the printer is working very good and the toner cartridge changes very easily without any other parts but the cartridge.

You can read the lowest price guarantee details online, but basically yes to all that you asked.  The easiest way would be to print out the ad for the lower price, when you bring it in they will verify it's current, in stock, etc. for all the terms of the guarantee.

Thanks for the reply. I will see if I can price match and hopefully they might honour the price match. Christmas time is always the time for good deals and getting a run for your money.
