I am looking for a new laptop and saw the Samsung ( the one that is $719.99 , and refurbished ) and was wondering if it came with a warranty or if I could add one on. Seems weird there is no option for it, as its a refurbished laptop ..

Hey there, from my experience, refurb laptops usually come with a 90 day warranty, with the option to add the Total Protection Plan warranty, or the Product Service Plan warranty
If you have the link to the product page I could advise you further. Or perhaps it is best to use the "Contact Us" link here, as it may be a mistake that the warranty is not availalbe to add on the site.

Hope that helps

This is the compute I'm looking to put a warranty on. Also kind of off topic, but I'm wondering if it will be able to run Diablo 3 when it comes out. Thank you.

Indeed I find this odd that the ability to add warranty to this unit does not appear to be possible My recommendation is to use the contact link I have provided above to see if this is a mistake or not.
As far as being able to run D3, it appears your machine will be "ok". Meaning it will run, but on medium or lower settings. You can find the system requirements for Diablo 3 here.
I hope that information helps some
Chris
