I was just woundering is this comes with keyboard,mouse,and monitor? and cant seem to find out if it does or not?

In the Features section it mentions coming with optical mouse and keyboard. In general, desktops do not come with a monitor.
Keyboard => Full-Size Gaming
Mouse => Optical
