Hello,
my desktop currently uses
KVR400x64C3A/512
240 pin
CL3 non ecc
pc2 3200
I would like to buy
KVR667D2N5/1G
667 MHz
240 pin

Barring any major incompatibilities, the memory you're looking at should work. If the motherboard can't handle the new RAM running at 667mHz, it should automatically downclock the new RAM, and run it at 533 or 400mHz, depending on what the computer needs.
