My wife just bought a Dell Inspiron and she took a 3 Years warranty at $300. After 17 days, it's stop Woking and refuse to reboot. A message informs me that a file is not working well and asked me to put the installation disc. Future shop informs me that their return policy for a lap top is within 14 days and you need to keep all the boxes and instructions. The 3 Years warranty that my wife bough for $300 didn't cover a software failure. They proposed to sell me a recovery disc for 100$. I refused, because I already burn them. Now, I reinstall the recovery disc and I will lose all my documents. For me, the Dell Inspiron is not a reliable machine and Future Shop didn't help me in that story.
