i need extra memory for a compaq presario sr1511nx PC

This computer uses DDR RAM, and can take up to two 1GB sticks.

I would recommend purchasing at least one of the Comstar 1GB DDR400 sticks available. This will increase your computer's memory to 1.5GB. Buying a second stick of this will bring your computer up to its maximum allowed memory of 2GB, but you'll need to remove the 512MB stick that the computer comes with to do this.
