Can i make the RAM to 16gb?
Can i make the 128gb ssd to 500gb or 1tb ssd?

HI there,

for all intents and purposes this would likely not be a practical solution.

From what I recall the x360 only has 1 ram slot, so you'd need to find a 16gb stick - which to start is going to be extremely expensive and likely not supported by the motherboard.

The SSD i believe you can upgrade, they are M.2 type drives, but a 1tb one (even 500) will be also extremely expensive at this time. YOu could easily double the cost of the computer with the drive alone depending on what storage size you pick.

Can i change or upgrade the intel to i5?

The processor cannot be changed.

You could probably upgrade the RAM but it will be moot because the bottleneck will be the processor, best to either leave it as is or look for a different machine.
