I recently purchased the install service for a Toyota Corolla 2004.

They told me the dash kit was out of stock and they would call me when it is in stock to set up an appointment.

It has been two weeks and I have received no call. I just called their number and there was no answer either.

Is this normal?

Kits can be sourced from anywhere and FutureShop will still install it for you.

Also it can take up to 2 weeks to replenish their stock - if the warehouse has it.

I'd keep calling, or pick up the kit else where - stuff happens

might be a lot of people with corrollas that are installing decks this month
