I just got my Kenwood DDX 418 DVD Double Din Installed last friday the 27th and hooked up my iphone to try my GPS app but then it can only display when your hand brake is up, but then whats the point of having a GPS running when you only hear its voice command but no display? So I was wondering if connectpro can do the bypass for me, I can do it myself its easy but then I dont have enough time at all or possibly mess up. Thanks in advance

In short, no. Normally in-dash GPS will display the map while driving, but since the iPhone runs through the video input of the deck, it wont display video from your iPhone without the e-brake being engaged. Due to liability issues ConnectPro can't circumvent the safety features on your deck, so you will have to do it yourself.

make sure in the options you have the A/v input settings switched to IPOD, and that you have the proper Ipod cable.
